Please find enclosed a photograph I wish to draw to your attention. Should you not already be aware, the incident in question or "The Lydgate Tea Scandal" (as it's now being branded) continues to spark debate all over the country. Tea lovers everywhere are fascinated as to the exact turn of events which led to this notice being displayed, and wonder whether the culprits were ever formerly convicted.
I am co-authoring what we hope to be a definitive tome on the subject of afternoon tea and we would be most grateful if you could put our readers and ourselves out of our misery and solve this mystery once and for all.
